In 2025, RECIF Technologies reaches a remarkable milestone: 40 years of expertise in the semiconductor industry. Since our foundation in 1985, we have been dedicated to advancing wafer handling technology, creating tools that not only meet the demands of the industry but also stand the test of time.

From Innovation to Industry Standard

Our journey began with a vision: to develop wafer handling solutions that combine precision, reliability, and adaptability. Over the decades, we have introduced groundbreaking technologies, including our first fully automated wafer sorter generation designed to comply with the GEM300 standards, that became the benchmark for automation and safety for the 300mm wafer handling.

What makes this milestone even more significant is the enduring performance of our machines. Many of the systems we developed in the 1990s and early 2000s, such as our SPP300 or the Reticle Inspection, remain operational in the field today. A testament to their robust design and the trust our customers place in RECIF Technologies.
